VyMaC's Vision
VyMaC Properties, LLP, is fully committed to restoring the Creamery Building located at 201 North Main Street in downtown Fort Atkinson. As the main tenant of the structure, VyMaC Corporation will utilize it as its new corporate headquarters as well as a retail development site for both VyMaC Corporation entities/subsidiaries and other companies; a warehouse facility; and a training facility.

The Creamery Building has the potential to fulfill the vision of both the VyMaC Corporation and the community of Fort Atkinson. VyMaC Corporation, parent company of Verlo® Mattress Factory Stores, has a long history of community involvement. Established in 1958, Verlo® Mattress Factory Stores has grown steadily over the years, with over 70 franchise facilities presently in operation.

The Creamery Building Project is the culmination of the vision of VyMaC Properties, LLP, to create a central office/retail/training facility for VyMaC Corporation and all its entities, while being at the center of a newly thriving downtown area. We intend to revitalize the building, and in turn, the downtown retail district.

The building itself holds historical significance for the city of Fort Atkinson. The site was first developed in the 1800s by Cornish, Curtis and Green, and was used to manufacture and produce wood silos and butter churns. The property was later purchased by Creamery Package Manufacturing, which produced metal milk cans and butter churns. The Creamery operated in the building until 1960, when the property was sold to the St. Regis Paper Company. In 1978, the Hartel Corporation purchased the property.

Our goal is to bring back the original glory of the Creamery Building through renovation and beautification, contributing to the community and business district's livelihood.
